BrutThe grapes are exclusively from the Valdobbiadene hills, then white vinified. This sparkling wine undergoes a careful second fermentation in pressure tanks, at the end of which 8 grams per litre of residual sugars are left, hence the name “Zerotto” (zero-eight)
