Made of grapes from the medium-high slopes of the hills between San Pietro, Santo Stefano and Saccol, better known as Cartizze.


ALCOHOLIC STRENGHT: 11,5% vol.

RESIDUAL SUGAR: 28 g/l

TOTAL ACIDITY: 6,20 g/l

GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Glera 

HARVEST PERIOD: 15 to 30 September

YELD PER HECTARE: 12,000 kg

VINIFICATION: gentle pressing with limited skin contact

PRIMARY FERMENTATION: at controlled temperature with selected yeasts

SECONDARY FERMENTATION: 40 days

COLOR: straw yellow

PERLAGE: fine, persistent

AROMA: intense fruity aroma with floreal notes

FLAVOUR: sweet, fresh, balanced

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8°C

STORAGE: store in a dry place with constant humidity, away from light
