Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore

The grapes used come from old vineyards in the Valdobbiadene hills and are white vinified, i.e. without the skins. This is a dry sparkling wine made from the territory’s excellent grapes


ALCOHOLIC STRENGHT: 11,5% vol.

RESIDUAL SUGAR: 25 g/l

TOTAL ACIDITY: 6,20 g/l

GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Glera

HARVEST PERIOD: 15 to 30 September

YELD PER HECTARE: 13,500 kg

VINIFICATION: gentle pressing with limited skin contact

PRIMARY FERMENTATION: at controlled temperature with selected yeasts

SECONDARY FERMENTATION: 40 days

COLOR: straw yellow

PERLAGE: fine, persistent

AROMA: inviting aromas of fruits

FLAVOUR: harmonious, round, with a lovely balance

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8°C

STORAGE: store in a dry place with constant humidity, away from light
