Extra BrutThe grapes are exclusively from the Valdobbiadene hills and are harvested strictly by hand. The Extra Brut “Zerodue” is a sparkling wine, which undergoes second fermentation in pressure tanks until all the sugar is exhausted. The result is an extremely dry wine with 0.2% residual sugar, hence the name “Zerodue” (zero-two)
